THE BENEFITS OF MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS

The students of Class 5B presented a special assembly on the theme "THE BENEFITS OF MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS" to emphasize the importance of mental health through meditation. The assembly started with introduction of the topic "Meditation and mindfulness” and a thought for the day.
The students performed a skit that inspired to practice meditation and conveyed the benefits of it. This assembly aimed to teach the importance of meditation in reducing stress, improving focus, overcoming shyness and social anxiety, regulating better emotions, enhancing creativity and improving performance in academics and sports. This engaging and informative presentation left an indelible mark on the young audience, inspiring them to make healthier choices thereby fostering a community of balanced and mindful individuals.
