Janapada Loka and Toy Factory

On Monday, 27 October 2025, Class 6 students went on an educational trip to Janapada Loka and Toy Factory. The visit aimed to provide experiential learning about Karnataka’s rich culture, heritage and traditional craftsmanship.
At Janapada Loka, the students explored galleries displaying rural life, folk art, traditional tools and musical instruments. They learned how customs, crafts and performances form an essential part of Karnataka’s cultural identity. The guided tour helped them connect their classroom learning with real-life experiences.
The visit to the Toy Factory was equally fascinating. Students observed the detailed process of making eco-friendly wooden toys and appreciated the skill and patience of local artisans. They were inspired to see how creativity and sustainability come together in traditional toy-making.
The trip was both educational and enjoyable, leaving students with lasting memories and a deeper appreciation for India’s artistic and cultural heritage.
